Vibes + Logic Welcomes Strategic Investor David Jarrett, CEO of Rootstrap, to Accelerate the Future of Immersive Entertainment

SAN FRANCISCO & LOS ANGELES — November 3rd, 2025 — Vibes + Logic, the AI-native media and entertainment platform turning any room into an immersive music stage, today announced that David Jarrett, CEO of innovation agency Rootstrap and a nightlife entrepreneur, has joined the company as a strategic investor and advisor.

As CEO of LA-based innovation power house Rootstrap, Jarrett has helped shape the digital frontier for entertainment’s biggest names—collaborating with MasterClass to create interactive AI coaches and digital twins for Mark Cuban and Gordon Ramsay to delivering award-winning experiences for Sony, Doja Cat, and other global brands.

This partnership marks a major milestone in V+L’s mission to reinvent immersive entertainment at home. Jarrett’s track record perfectly bridges nightlife, entertainment, and next-gen product development—making him a natural fit for V+L’s culture of bold experimentation and creative entrepreneurship.

The collaboration builds on a long-standing creative relationship between V+L and Rootstrap. The two teams have previously partnered on future-forward projects such as concept development for Fisker Orbit, a smart-city autonomous electric shuttle, and Sentry Dash Cam, a DIY Raspberry Pi IoT device and car security camera video streaming app for the Tesla community.

Rootstrap has been at the forefront of applied AI, working with MasterClass to create pioneering AI “digital twin” coaches and conversational experiences for some of the world’s most iconic creators. Their expertise complements our “AI Superfan” technology, which trains intelligent hosts for artists and creators to personalize the fan experience at scale.

As an advisor, Jarrett and the Rootstrap team will help guide V+L’s platform expansion, including native apps for visionOS targeting 800,000+ Vision Pro users and the new Google/Samsung Galaxy XR headset, with a goal of MasterClass-style cross-device parity across web, mobile, TV/OTT, and smart displays—complete with shared viewing and interactive “Play Together” modes.

David joins existing angel investors Rhett Woods and Andrew Citores, who bring strong product and distribution  experience to the company. Rhett helped shape immersive platforms as Co-Founder of Calm Health and later GM at Calm, VP at Linden Labs (Second Life), and Director at Adobe. Andrew built JusCollege and JamPack into $700M+ travel and payments businesses connecting over 1.5M college and festival fans. Together they strengthen Vibes + Logic’s foundation across entertainment, community, and product innovation.
